For NASBLA, Law Enforcement is a very broad topic.  The NASBLA Enforcement and Training Committee oversees the NASBLA marine law enforcement officer training program, focusing on curriculum and instructors; the NASBLA model act program, working on new model acts as well as updating current model acts; new technololgies in law enforcement; and devleoping policy positions for the association to emphasize safety and uniformity across the states. The National Assocation of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) currently offers training to federal, state and local marine law enforcement officers in the following areas: Boating Accident Investigation - Level I  Comprehensive Boating Accident Investigation, Reconstruction and Analysis - Level II Advanced  Boating Under the Influence Detection and Enforcement Motorboat Muffler Sound Level Enforcement
